Pre-Season Service

​We too are snowmobilers and understand we only get 3 months a year to enjoy it. It is so important to start the year off with peace of mind. No matter how many miles we rode the previous season, a pre-season check is important to ensure when we get to ride, we have trouble free miles. Therefore, we do a thorough 30-point, ski tip to snow flap service. This includes services such as disassembly, inspection and Vapor Blasting of both clutches, spark plug replacement, front and rear suspension inspection and a digital diagnostics report.

Shock Rebuilding
We service all Fox, KYB/HPG, Walker Evans Shocks, and Smart Shox. Custom valving available.
Heat Exchanger Repair
Sometimes a stud finds its way into a heat exchanger. We can have it welded without the need for heat exchanger replacement.

Clutch Sheave Resurfacing
We can repair damaged clutch sheaves to like new condition. Whether its grooved from low speed belt slip, dings from foreign objects entering the clutch guard or just an old corroded clutch you want brought back to life, chances are we can do it! Current clutches we are setup to resurface are: Ski-Doo P-Drive Primary, Ski-Doo QRS Secondary and old Arctic Cat Secondary.
